Chris Finke is an international DJ, producer, promoter and after dinner entertainer from London. A regular at clubs including Fabric, The End, Sankeys, Firefly, Chris also plays all over the world touring in Europe, Asia, the USA, and 2008 saw him visit Japan for the first time. He is resident DJ at the legendary Atomic Jam in Birmingham, and has held international residencies in both Spain and Belgium. Along with running and recording for his respected Flux Recordings record label which has released material from Joey Beltram, Ben Sims, Mark Broom, Paul Woolford and many more, he ran the infamous Split parties in London with Ben Sims & Andi Hawes. He and Ben Sims also produced and presented the hugely popular Split Radio Show for 3 years. In 2008 he began a new project in London called "The Drop", and is presenting a new radio project of the same name with DJ Rebekah. Production wise, he has remixed artists including Mark Broom and A Guy Called Gerald and released music on various labels
Andi Hawes is the power behind front man of Flux Recordings, Chris Finke. Andi, the secret shadowy "Decisions Man" figure, is Co Owner of the label runs all the behind the scenes organisation. Andi has been involved in the music industry since 1999 when chris approached him to help step up the Flux cause. Ever since that day, we haven't looked back [We Daren't!!!]. Andi is no stranger to music and promotion as he has been, and still is, involved in the Split parties that Chris and Ben Sims fronted since 2003. He is also involved in the Balance parties which see him and Ben as SPLIT hook up with Jim Masters ands his "BASE" outfit and Lula and Elvis with their WANG parties. The collaboration has taken London by storm recently and plan to move on to Europe soon. |
